Welcome to Foxstation and its platforms, including SupaSpace and SupaSpace Host.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Foxstation regarding your access to and use of Foxstation’s websites, applications, software, services, products, systems, communication channels, and platforms.
By creating an account, connecting your account to any Foxstation platform, accessing Foxstation services, or using any Foxstation platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Foxstation or any of its platforms.
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Foxstation” means Foxstation, its owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, employees, representatives, contractors, platforms, and services.
“Platform” means any current or future Foxstation website, application, service, system, software, API, or product.
“SupaSpace” means the guest-facing marketplace platform operated by Foxstation.
“SupaSpace Host” means the host-facing property and listing management platform operated by Foxstation.
“User” means any person or entity accessing or using Foxstation platforms.
“Guest” means a user seeking to book, rent, lease, buy, bid for, or otherwise acquire a space or property. Unless otherwise stated by a Host in applicable listing conditions, agreements, occupancy rules, or policies, a Guest generally refers to a human individual aged thirteen (13) years or older. Pets, animals, or non-human companions are not considered Guests unless expressly stated otherwise by the Host in applicable listing conditions or agreements.
“Host” means a user listing or managing spaces or properties.
“Manager” means a user granted access by a Host to manage a Host account or activities.
“Space” or “Property” means any listing, accommodation, unit, building, room, property, land, venue, or related asset listed on SupaSpace.
“Contract” means the acquisition or transactional record between a Host and Guest.
“Payment Certificate” means a platform-generated payment structure, record, or installment/payment arrangement connected to a Contract.
“Escrow” means funds temporarily held by or through the platform before release according to applicable rules.
“Connection” means a relationship created between Host and Guest through platform interactions including chat, save, follow, contract initiation, or other supported interactions.
Foxstation operates digital marketplace and technology platforms.
Foxstation and its platforms:
Connection to one Foxstation platform does not automatically grant access to another platform.
A user must independently connect their account to:
Although SupaSpace and SupaSpace Host may operate using shared infrastructure or backend systems, they may function independently for access, permissions, features, and responsibilities.
FOXSTATION PROVIDES A MARKETPLACE PLATFORM ONLY.
FOXSTATION IS NOT A PARTY TO TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Users interact and transact at their own risk.
Foxstation is not responsible for disputes, damages, losses, injuries, fraud, misconduct, illegal activities, breaches of agreements, property damage, financial loss, emotional distress, or any conduct occurring between users.
To use Foxstation platforms, you must:
Businesses, organizations, and agents may use Foxstation services through authorized representatives.
Foxstation reserves the right to deny access, suspend accounts, require verification, or terminate services at any time.

Hosts may grant Manager access to other Foxstation users.

Foxstation is not responsible for acts, omissions, fraud, misconduct, negligence, errors, or illegal activities performed by Managers on behalf of Hosts.
Foxstation may maintain activity logs for operational, security, compliance, investigative, analytical, or legal purposes.
A user may simultaneously:
Hosts are solely responsible for all listings, spaces, properties, content, pricing, taxes, fees, conditions, agreements, images, availability, and statements published through Foxstation platforms.
By listing a space or property, a Host represents and warrants that:

Foxstation reserves the right to:
Acquisition methods may include:
Hosts may attach conditions, agreements, house rules, and policies to listings.
Listing details, descriptions, images, features, attached conditions, and attached agreements collectively form part of the agreement between users.
A Contract becomes binding according to the applicable acquisition method.
For example:
Foxstation may store references, logs, timestamps, and records associated with Contracts.
Foxstation may provide information or records to:
Even after checkout, Contract activities may continue, including:
Hosts may close Contracts. Closed Contracts may restrict further activities unless reopened.
Foxstation is not responsible for and may not be able to provide records, references, evidence, transaction details, or communications relating to transactions, payments, communications, or agreements conducted outside Foxstation platforms, systems, or officially supported communication channels.
Foxstation may facilitate payments using third-party payment processors.
Foxstation currently may use providers including Paystack or other processors.
Users authorize Foxstation and applicable payment providers to:
Foxstation is not responsible for failures, delays, outages, errors, reversals, chargebacks, freezes, restrictions, or losses caused by third-party payment processors.
Platform fees may apply.

Taxes, processor fees, local charges, withholding taxes, and regulatory fees may apply.
Hosts are responsible for:
Guests are responsible for reviewing and accepting all fees before payment.
Payment Certificates may support:
Payment deadlines may continue to apply even after splitting Payment Certificates.
Funds may be held in escrow and released according to applicable platform rules, schedules, approvals, force approvals, releases, or dispute handling procedures.
Foxstation reserves the right to:
Users acknowledge that:
Foxstation’s base currency is Ghana Cedis (GHS).
Users may be allowed to use or select other supported currencies.
A Host’s selected or assigned account currency may become the default currency for:
Hosts are responsible for ensuring that:
Contracts generally use the currency associated with the selected payment option.
Payments, transaction records, balances, and financial references may be stored in:
Where currencies differ, Foxstation may perform currency conversions using exchange rates available at the time of processing, recording, settlement, release, withdrawal, refund, balance conversion, or transaction handling.
Foxstation does not guarantee:

Users change currencies at their own risk.
Foxstation strongly advises users to:
If a user changes their account or balance currency while funds exist in their account, balances may be converted using then-current exchange rates. This may result in value inconsistencies, losses, gains, rounding differences, display variations, or reconversion differences.
Foxstation shall not be liable for:
Where third-party payment processors support limited currencies, Foxstation may convert amounts into supported processing currencies while internally recording payments in the applicable contract currency.
Users acknowledge that processor currencies, internal reference currencies, contract currencies, user currencies, and base currencies may differ.
Foxstation may maintain internal reference records for:
Foxstation does not guarantee that displayed equivalent values will remain unchanged over time.
Cancellation, refund, reschedule, penalty, and related policies may be configured by Hosts.
Guests are responsible for reviewing applicable policies before entering Contracts.
Refund eligibility may depend on:
After check-in or activation of a Contract, cancellations may be treated as terminations.
Foxstation does not guarantee refunds after activation or check-in.
Hosts and Guests may use platform systems to:
Foxstation reserves the right to intervene where:

A Connection between users may be created through:
Hosts may contact connected Guests using supported communication systems, subject to platform rules.
Guests may opt out of certain communications where applicable.
Users acknowledge and agree that:

Users may block other users according to available platform features.

Foxstation reserves the right to investigate any suspected misconduct.
Foxstation may cooperate with:
Users retain ownership of content they submit.
By submitting content to Foxstation platforms, users grant Foxstation a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

Foxstation may remove or restrict content at its discretion.
Use of Foxstation platforms is also governed by Foxstation’s Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOXSTATION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
FOXSTATION DOES NOT WARRANT:
USERS USE THE PLATFORM AT THEIR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOXSTATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Foxstation and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, disputes, penalties, fines, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

suspend accounts;
terminate accounts;
remove listings;
freeze balances;
freeze escrows;
freeze refunds;
restrict withdrawals;
limit functionality;
restrict communications;
investigate activities;
preserve records;

Users are solely responsible for complying with:
Foxstation endeavors to operate in accordance with applicable laws where possible.
However, users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of Foxstation platforms is lawful in their jurisdiction.
If a user accesses or uses Foxstation platforms in violation of applicable laws, the user assumes full responsibility.
Foxstation may restrict or prohibit services in certain jurisdictions.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana unless otherwise required by applicable law.

These Terms, together with related policies, agreements, platform rules, operational guidelines, documentation, help pages, support materials, onboarding materials, system explanations, "how it works" pages, platform instructions, feature explanations, payment explanations, escrow explanations, security notices, and officially published Foxstation platform documentation constitute the entire agreement between users and Foxstation regarding use of the platforms.
Users acknowledge and agree that officially published platform documentation and operational explanation pages may further explain:
Such documentation, operational explanations, and officially published platform guidance are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
Users are responsible for reviewing relevant documentation and operational guidance before using platform features.
